My criticism of BMN is they have no customer service at all. They do not correspond or communicate. They do not answer questions. They are in command of my money they charge for their services but provide no care. I was a victim of internet fraud 10 December 2016. 195 euros for "Jason Paypal" My name is not Jason. An English Bank would have text me and asked me if this transaction was authentic before approving the transaction. NOT BMN. They paid out , refused a refund for a month , then 3 weeks after refunding me, took the money again as a charge. Again no explanation, no answers. I am now closing down this BMN account. I am disgusted by their careless attitude
